There's more than that:
- entity fix
- legal notice in sep. html file
- toc for articles
- partial toc on each generated page
- toc on it's own page
- shading verbatim
- allowing for id's to be used as resultant filenames
- extension of the depth of the toc displayed (1 to 2 levels)
Not everyone wants this stuff, hence they probably do not belong in
the base styles that Norm provides (I'm not sure how much of these
are currently set, but we are using the latest snaps from Norm's site).
Plus, we are now looking into setting a CSS1 stylesheet parm from
within ldp.dsl.
Gives us more flexibility in using this to override/configure some
of the base parms and PI's found in the stock stylesheets.
